there was little time to breathe, rushing to see family, friends and running to meetings, crisscrossing the country. here to munich for the day.

For six years i did business in Germany for www.Landor.com.

I still remember when I started dreaming in German, that was weird.
I had NEVER ridden an american train so Bahnhoff or even Ferrovia comes more naturally that "train station"

Then there are favorite words like "DOCH" there is simply no translation.
I loved conversations where two old, stubborn people would be in each others face both yealling "Doch","Doch", "Doch!"

oh that's funny. you're right...there's no translation for DOCH! it's a great word. i miss it dearly in arguments.
